Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
Ā¼ cup water
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cups broth more if needed (I did beef, chicken is good too)
1 cup milk
Ā½ cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions:
1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet.
2. add the taco seasoning and Ā¼ cup water. Simmer 2 minutes.
3. Add noodles, broth, milk, and salsa.
4. Simmer uncovered until the pasta is cooked through
5. You can add the cheese now but I like to add it to each bowl so everyone can get as much as they want. (And the cheese doesnāt stick to the pot so itās easier to clean)
